Recently the paparazzi secretly photographed the process of Miss Hong Kong auditions, where the participants were in bikinis and were quite revealing. TVB Foreign Affairs Director (Tsang Sing Ming) said yesterday: "That day the particular magazine secretly took photos of the judging process as well as when the participants were changing. This should be kept private and no outsiders are to intrude. TVB has to confirm to see if the camera angles in the photographs are unlawful and hope to use them as evidence to take legal action. If we find that the photographs are not lawfully taken, the outcome will be very serious because this means the reporter was disrespecting the Miss HK participants, considered as violating their privacy. If the photographs were deliberately taken, TVB will take further action.
