Films starring Gillian Chung "Ex" and "Waterlilies" air in cinemas this coming June and July respectively. In "Ex", the both of them not only share many intimate scenes, of which a scene required them to kiss on an antique chair. It was hard as they had to take the camera in consideration, at the same time make sure there were no big movements to make sure no one would be hurt. Laughing, Gillian said there was one scene where William kissed too passionately causing their mouths to clash and resulting in her swollen lips.
In the other film "Waterlilies", she had to wear a swimsuit, showing off her impressive S-figure. There were plenty of water scenes and since she was not good at swimming, she worked hard at training 7 to 8 hours weekly and finally succeeded. During filming, she had Alex Fong to guide her. Gillian also joked that during the break Alex had challenged her to pool games and she flipped her eyes in disapproval. When asked if she had to lose weight to fit into the swimsuit, she said that with all the shooting, it was hard to put on weight even if she ate and drank a lot. She also said that her figure was always S-shaped.
