Maxim magazine just announced plans to build a luxury $1.2 billion Maxim Hotel & Casino at the north end of the Las Vegas strip.Construction for the resort is set to begin next year and then open in 2010.
The Hotel and Casino will be built on 9 acres of land, feature indoor and outdoor concert spaces, and the usual swimming pools, spa, restaurants, stores, and conference spaces.
There will also be a Maxim Lounge, run by Cindy Crawfords ex Rande Gerber.
